Public Input Requested on Upcoming Review of Nitrous Oxide for Labor Pain Relief

AHRQ is about to do a comparative effectiveness review to look at the evidence on nitrous oxide for labor pain relief, and is soliciting public comment on the key questions that will be reviewed. This will help make sure that when the review gets started, the right questions are being asked and answered. This project is of particular interest to me – in addition to my interest the topic itself – because I am part of the project team conducting the review. Very interesting about the nitrous oxide for pain relief during labor.
I had that for my first birth a few minutes before delivery. (Canada) It didn’t seem to do anything for me.
