How to Help – Tennessee Flooding

A few of you may have noticed by now that Nashville (and other parts of Tennessee) had a major flood disaster over the last weekend. First, I want to point folks to Nashvillest’s great post on how to help, in time, in money, and in other ways. I’m hoping to sign up through Hands on Nashville to do some volunteer work this weekend, and you can too if you’re going to be in Nashville. Speak to Power has been passing along information from West Tennessee as well, including places to send donations.

I have a lot of other thoughts swirling around about the flood, and the media coverage, and the commentary, but the above is more important at the moment.
