Randomized Birth Studies and Ethical Questions

A new, small study on an intervention during birth was recently published, and it actually randomized women to have or not have the intervention (turning an OP baby), and looked at how many had spontaneous vaginal delivery, c-section, etc. The results of the study are interesting, but I think the associated ethical questions are more so.
