Vajapocalypse: I Say Vagina, You Say “This is what happened on Tyra”

I know at least one of you is at home watching Tyra today – Tyra Banks to Discuss ‘What’s Up Down There.’ C’mon people, let me know about it in the comments. Please?

Claim was to dispel the mystery of the vagina but she persisted in calling the area down there despite complaining that only 11% of the audience could correctly identify the major parts. How are we supposed to learn the correct name Tyra when you keep saying “down there”

Thanks for your comment! I had a feeling that was going to happen. I had the same criticism of the NIH’s new vulvodynia awareness campaign – it’s great to get women talking, but using phrases like “down there” doesn’t do much to help women talk openly about this stuff.
