REBIRTH has posted the second installment of her Childbirth Ed series, explaining station, vertex, placenta, amniotic sac and fluid, and the umbilical cord, complete with pictures. You may want to revisit Part 1 for explanations of the uterus, cervix, effacement, and perineum. This is good, straightforward stuff, with illustrations to boot.
