The CDC has released the 2008 edition of the Yellow Book, a health risk reference for travelers. The book can be purchased in print, but is free online at the CDC site. Topics covered include:

-Pre- and Post-travel General Health Recommendations
-Geographic Distribution of Potential Health Hazards to Travelers
-Prevention of Specific Infectious Diseases
-Yellow Fever Vaccine Requirements and Information on Malaria Risk and Prophylaxis, by Country
-Non-Infectious Risks During Travel
-Conveyance and Transportation Issues
-International Travel with Infants and Young Children
-Travelers with Specific Needs

The CDC website also lets you pick your destination to view travel notices, recommended and required vaccines, health risks for the location, what to bring with you, and tips on staying healthy while abroad.
