25th Carnival of Sexual Violence is up

Women’s Health News has been included in the current issue of the Carnical of Sexual Violence, hosted this time at abyss2hope. The featured post is this one about how Nashville rape victims are shuttled off to one hospital for their forensic exams, after having already been to another hospital first for treatment, which I learned of from this Nashville Scene article.
I hope wider coverage of this issue will encourage others to find out about the policies and service availability in their own cities, work to inform women so there are no surprises in the midst of crisis, and advocate for wider availability of services for rape victims.
